You don't need to be a contractor, a broker, or an architect. If you know someone with a plot and a plan to build — a friend, a past client, a vendor, a neighbour — introduce them to us. If it turns into a signed project, we pay you a share of it. Simple as that.

Every week, someone tells a friend, a colleague, or a neighbour who's building: "talk to TakeItEasy, they did our place and it actually went the way they said it would." That word of mouth is worth real money to us — most of our best projects start exactly that way.

Until now, that introduction was just a favour. We think it should be a transaction — a fair one, paid the same disciplined way we pay everyone else who brings us business: on schedule, in writing, with a real payout cycle behind it.

So we opened it up. Anyone can refer a project. If it signs, you get paid.

The Offer

One introduction. A real payout.

Once your referred project signs a construction agreement with us, you earn a commission on the total construction value — paid out as the project actually progresses, not as a one-time thank-you.

Your Commission

A share of the project, for one introduction

1.5%–2%

On a ₹40 lakh home, that's ₹80,000. On a ₹1 crore build, that's ₹1.5 lakh. Paid to you, for making the introduction that started it.

How Payouts Work

Built like payroll, not like a favour.

Once a milestone is verified, your commission enters our scheduled disbursal cycle — the same structured payout process (think RazorpayX-style payroll runs) that handles every payment we make, on a fixed calendar, with a paper trail.

Disbursal Method

Direct Bank Transfer

NEFT/IMPS to your registered account, with a UTR reference and a digital payout receipt for every transfer.

Commission payouts are treated as income and are subject to tax deduction at source (TDS), typically under Section 194H for commission/brokerage, at the rate prevailing at the time of payment. We issue a Form 16A for every deduction. This is general information, not tax advice — please check with your CA for how it applies to you.

Who Qualifies

Anyone can refer. A few rules keep it fair — and every lead is reviewed.

No professional license required, no exclusivity, no cap on how many projects you refer. That said, we don't chase every submission equally — we review each one and prioritize the leads most likely to actually convert.

A real introduction

You have to be the reason we got in touch — not a forwarded lead list or a cold contact you don't actually know.

1,200 sqft minimum

Built-up area, referred project. Smaller renovations can still be discussed case by case.

Bengaluru & surrounds

Our current execution footprint. Talk to us if the project is just outside it — we're expanding.

Not already under contract

The client hasn't already signed a construction agreement with another contractor.

Reviewed before we reach out

Not every submission is pursued — we prioritize leads that look ready to build: a plot in hand, a real budget, a clear decision stage.

Waitlisted, not ignored

If a lead isn't ready or isn't a fit right now, it goes on our waitlist rather than getting silently dropped — you'll always know where it stands.
