Indicative starting rates, four banks.

Tap a bank to load its starting rate into the calculator above. Your actual rate depends on credit score, income, loan-to-value and the bank's internal policy at the time you apply.

Rates last checked September 2026 from public rate-comparison sources and are for reference only — they change frequently (often monthly, tied to the RBI repo rate) and TakeItEasy has no ability to lock or influence them. Always confirm the current rate, processing fee and eligibility directly with the bank before making a decision. Processing fees typically run 0.25%–1% of the loan amount plus applicable taxes, bank-dependent.

How It Lines Up

Your bank pays in stages. So do we.

For an under-construction home, banks don't hand over the full loan on day one — they release it in stages against the same kind of construction progress we already report to you and photograph on site. Here's roughly how the two line up.

1
Agreement
Booking & sanction
~10–15%
2
Foundation
Site & footing
~15%
3
Structure
RCC frame, floor by floor
~35–40%
4
Walls & MEP
Brickwork, plaster, plumbing
~20%
5
Handover
Finishing & keys
~10–15%
Why this matters: most banks release each tranche only after a site inspection or a completion certificate confirming that stage is actually done. Our own progress reports and site photos are usually exactly what your bank's inspector needs to sign off — ask your relationship manager whether they'll accept our milestone documentation directly, it can save you a separate inspection visit at every stage.

One More Thing
We're not a bank or a loan agent.
This page is a planning tool, not financial advice. Interest rates, eligibility and processing fees shown here are indicative, sourced from public rate-comparison data, and change frequently. TakeItEasy Constructions does not originate, process, guarantee or receive commission on home loans — we're simply giving you the same numbers we'd want to see before signing a construction agreement ourselves. Please verify current rates and terms directly with your chosen bank, and consult a qualified financial advisor for advice specific to your situation.

If you'd rather talk through your budget with a person, our team can walk you through how financing typically lines up with a TakeItEasy build timeline.
