How this is calculated: quantities per category are estimated using industry-standard thumb-rules for RCC-framed residential construction (e.g. ~4–4.4 kg of steel per sqft, ~0.4 bags of cement per sqft, depending on ceiling height). The ₹ amount for each line is your package's total cost split proportionally across categories based on typical material and labour weightage for that tier — so the grand total always matches the per-sqft price shown on our Plans & Pricing page exactly. This is a planning-stage estimate. The final, structural-drawing-accurate BOQ is provided free within 5 days of your site visit — with zero obligation.
