There was nothing here but a bare terrace — open sky, raw flooring, four walls and a view. The brief was simple and audacious at once: turn it into a full-format pub.

That meant building a hospitality space from zero on a terrace that was never designed to hold a crowd — structure, bar, seating, lighting, sound, signage, and every service line run in from scratch: power for a working bar, plumbing for a working kitchen, ventilation for a room about to get loud.

Ignyt opened as a beer station in the truest sense — taps behind the bar, a neon skyline of signage across the ceiling, a stairwell wrapped in IGNYT branding and a hookah mural, and a corridor lit up with a sign that doesn't take itself too seriously. What was a plain terrace on day one was, by opening night, a room people were lining up for.

Not every project on this page is finished — and this one deserves to be told exactly as it stands: mid-build, and moving forward.

Janta Bazar is being built as an exit plan. After years of running a business, the owner is building this to generate rental income — a way to step back from active work without stepping back from income. It's construction with a retirement plan attached to it.

We're currently through structure and progressing toward finishing stages. No staged photography here, no polished "after" shot yet — just the site, as it is, on the way to becoming what it's meant to be. We'll update this chapter as it gets there.

This building went up near Banashankari in the late 1990s — old enough that restoring it meant more than a coat of paint. Decades-old wiring, old-generation plumbing, a structure that had aged the way most buildings that age do in Bengaluru: standing, but tired.

We took it down to what needed fixing and rebuilt from there — structural repairs, replumbing, rewiring, waterproofing, and a full interior fit-out — and converted it end to end into a rental-income PG. What was a static, ageing asset is now generating income every month.

This is the kind of project that doesn't photograph as dramatically as a ground-up build, but it's some of the most valuable work we do: an owner's existing asset, working harder for them than it ever has.

Some clients don't give you a second chance if you're slow. Tata Motors doesn't. This was a direct service-center project — Classic Auto Service, an authorized Tata Motors facility — on a plot of over 1.5 acres in Yeshwanthpur.

Institutional clients build to a specification, not a vibe: service bays, drainage gradients, load-bearing floors for hoists and heavy vehicles, a forecourt built to handle a fleet, not a family car. There's no room to improvise structure on a job like this.

We delivered it in 75 days. Ground to handover, on a site over an acre and a half, for a client that inspects everything. That's not a claim — it's the kind of pace our execution team is built for, and it's exactly why "Bengaluru's fastest execution team" isn't just a section header on this site.

Some projects are about someone else's dream, one generation removed. This one is that, exactly. The owners came to us wanting to extend their existing home — not for themselves, but for their parents, whose dream had always been a bigger house.

Extensions are their own discipline. You're not building on an empty plot — you're building onto something already standing, already lived in, already load-bearing in ways you have to respect. Every beam, every wall tie-in, every floor level had to work with what already existed.

The result is what the family wanted from the start: more room, under one roof, for parents whose dream this always was.

This is the project that best explains why we built our live camera system in the first place.

The son who commissioned this build was in America the entire time. The house was for his parents — the bigger home he'd always wanted to give them — and he wasn't going to be on-site for a single day of it. So we gave him the next best thing: real-time camera coverage of the site, from the first rebar column to the last coat of paint, watchable from wherever he was.

We tracked this one start to finish. The foundation columns going up. The boundary wall taking shape. Two raw concrete floors standing bare against the sky. Plaster going on, paving going down. And then — the finished house, lit up at night — followed by the day that made the whole project worth it: Griha Pravesh. Marigold and banana-leaf toran over the door, a rangoli at the threshold, the family gathered on the balcony of the home he built for them from another continent.

Every project on this page ends in a handover. This one ended in a housewarming his parents got to have in the home he gave them — and he watched it happen, live, the same way he watched every beam go up.
