We keep enquiry and application data for as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us — generally, for the life of an active project or partner relationship, plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we'll action it, subject to any records we're legally required to retain.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, or delete it. Email construction@takeiteasyspaces.com with your request and we'll respond directly. Depending on applicable Indian data protection law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, once its rules are in force), you may have additional formal rights — we'll honour those as they come into effect.
This site does not currently set tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may still store basic technical data (like your form inputs mid-session) locally on your own device — that's normal browser behaviour, not something we collect on our end.
