You already do the hard part — the plans, the elevation, the client relationship. Bring us the execution and we'll pay you double your design fee, plus a share of the build, paid out as the project actually progresses. No liability, no site headaches, no chasing a contractor for your cut.
Most architects we've talked to don't want to run a construction site. Liability, labour, material sourcing, daily supervision — it's a different business, and a good one shouldn't have to be badly run by someone doing it as an afterthought.
So the project usually goes to whichever contractor the client already knows, or whoever they find on their own — and the architect who did the real design work gets a one-time fee and no further stake in a project that might be worth 40× what they billed for it.
We think that's backwards. If your design is the reason the client is building at all, you should be paid like it.
You keep billing your client for design, exactly as you do today. This is what we pay you, separately, once your referred project signs a construction agreement with us.

Once your application is accepted and a milestone is verified, your payout enters our scheduled disbursal cycle — the same structured payout process (think RazorpayX-style payroll runs) that handles every payment we make, on a fixed calendar, with a paper trail.
Enter a Partner Referral ID to see its live status — application review, verification, approval, processing, and disbursal, tranche by tranche.
This isn't a lock-in — refer what makes sense, work with whoever else you already work with. It also isn't automatic: we review every Build Partner application and accept a limited number at a time, so we can actually deliver on the commission promise to each one we bring on.
Tell us about the project and we'll set up a call within one business day.
No exclusivity, no lock-in — just a better deal when a project you've designed is ready to be built.
